333x Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 333x platform at 333x.asia (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 333x (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of 333x after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 333x, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 333x enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on 333x. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed, with all associated balances forfeited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 333x or any affiliated platform.
• Not an employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of 333x or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. 333x reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your 333x account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

• You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 333x support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• 333x will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from 333x that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• You must ensure that your account information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, or mobile number must be communicated to 333x promptly.
• You must not allow any other person to use your 333x account. Accounts are strictly non-transferable.

333x reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it reasonably suspects a breach of these account responsibilities, pending investigation. During any investigation period, access to funds in the account may be temporarily restricted.

All financial transactions on 333x are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 333x supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed within your 333x account cashier at the time of transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to credit depending on the sending bank.
• 333x does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match the details on your 333x account.
• 333x reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to your 333x account, or a method otherwise verified as belonging to you.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This may require submission of a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• 333x targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification status.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if outstanding bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled or if an account investigation is ongoing.

333x offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets and casino games may have different contribution rates, as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention: 333x reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from it if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to abuse the promotion, exploit a technical error, or otherwise circumvent the spirit of the offer.
• Changes: 333x reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on 333x are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or casino game as displayed on the Platform at the time of placing the bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or market rules.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on 333x and are displayed within each market or game interface.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 333x system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 333x reserves the right to void bets placed due to obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where evidence of match manipulation is identified.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. 333x cannot guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets and accepts no liability for delays or interruptions in live market updates.
• All casino game outcomes on 333x are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published openly on the Platform for all slot games.
• 333x is not responsible for any technical failures on the player's device, internet connection, or browser that result in a bet being placed incorrectly or a game session being interrupted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333x platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 333x, whether under your own identity or the identity of any other person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without the express written permission of 333x.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to 333x immediately at the support email address.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in relation to markets available on 333x.
• Using the 333x platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 333x staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the 333x Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 333x or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 333x Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 333x content without prior written consent.
• Use the 333x name, logo, or branding in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any 333x software.

Any unauthorised use of 333x intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333x, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform, including but not limited to server outages, data feed failures, or RNG malfunctions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where 333x has not been negligent in its security obligations.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 333x's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 333x's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333x makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

333x collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 333x Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

333x implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive personal data, and access controls to limit internal data access to authorised personnel only. Your PKR account balance is held in a segregated account and is not commingled with 333x's operational funds.

333x will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and law enforcement where required by applicable law or by legitimate business necessity as described in the Privacy Policy.

333x is deeply committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, a response to stress, or an activity that interferes with your daily life or relationships.

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, every 333x account includes access to the following tools, available directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing.
• Cool-off periods: Take a temporary break from betting for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is inaccessible for gambling purposes.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from 333x. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the stated duration.

333x enforces a strict 21+ age verification process. All accounts must be verified before any withdrawal is processed. Our system flags accounts where verification is incomplete and restricts access to real-money games until verification is satisfied.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 333x holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 333x, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly, typically within 5–10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority as specified by our licensing body. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from our support team.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
